** Intake Specialist, Full-Time**
Hamburg, NY
This is a full time position at our Hamburg, NY, facility to assist with the intake and ticketing of customer orders after fire/water/mold damage. This includes sorting customer items, entering into computer system, attaching barcode labels etc.
This position is weekdays, 4 - 5 days, 32-40+ hours, per week. There is some scheduling flexibility once you are trained.

** Field Technician, Full Time**
Hamburg, NY
This position will include regular travel to homes affected by fire/water/mold using company vehicles to pick up and deliver items. A clean driving record is required. - a background check will be completed. This position will also assist in the management of our warehouse.
The day-to-day routine of this position changes often. If you are a person that enjoys some variation from day to day, this position could be a great fit for you.
Field techs are responsible primarily for handling job related activities that take place outside of our facility, at customer homes. These activities include estimating, pack-outs, rush deliveries, short term deliveries, final deliveries, on-site cleaning services, drapery rehanging and all other field related activities and services. The position seeks to ensure a superior level of professionalism & service delivery is maintained at all times.
